Registration fees will include
- One author registration fee covers one paper. Only one additional paper can be registered by paying an extra 50 USD (or 6125 BDT for local authors).
- Foreign authors are eligible for a travel grant of up to 75 USD (against valid travel expense documents).
- Registration includes entry to all technical events of IEEE WIECON-ECE 2025.
- The listed registration rates are valid only up to the registration deadline. A 20% increased rate will be applied after the deadline.
- The category is defined by the author’s affiliation mentioned in the paper.
- Page limit: Max 6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references. Under any circumstances cannot exceed the limit of 6 pages)
- Only full-time regular students with valid proof will be considered under the Student Author category.
- Only authors with an active IEEE membership valid through December 2025 will qualify for the IEEE Author category.
- No registration kit is available for authors presenting their papers online.
- In-person attending registered Co-authors and Participants will receive conference kits, food, a gala dinner, and other applicable benefits.
